its possible to get the shroud on without even taking the fan off or the radiator out. Trust me. I put mine on in 15 minutes, thats including the time it took for me to find some bolts to work.

I started to put my shroud on without taking out the radiator, and quickly found I kinda like the skin on my knuckles left right where it is. You also run the risk of poking a hole in the rad from the corner of the shroud. You don't need to take the fan off, but you do need to take the rad out.

Just remove the radiator bolts one by one. That way you can install the brackets without taking the radiator completely out. It's easier just to take the fan off. Well it was for me.
