Roller cam specs

I got the specs on my roller cam its a Elgin RV cam 204-214 448 -472 lift what do those numbers mean?

The 204-214 are the intake and exhaust durations at 0.050" of lift for the intake (204) and exhaust (214). The 448-472 is the lift on the valve through the assumed rocker arms (usually 1.6:1 for Ford), with 448 for the intake and 472 for the exhaust.

Overall, that is a very mild cam, and not really much better than stock.
