coupe vs fastback vs convertible. which body style does it for you?
fastbacks for me! but i couldnt afford one so i got me a coupe. its better then a fastback anyway...........[sm=smiley29.gif][sm=smiley24.gif]
Always loved the fastback look - just sitting still it looks like it's in a wind tunnel going Mach something. Of course Parnelli Jones in 1970 must have had something to do with why I love the looks of fastbacks as well but I was into them long before the orange blur took to the track.
it be easier to get a body in a fastback with the foldown seat
one of the things the fastback spouted was it was more easier to haul a load like wood etc?

Count me in as amongst the minority here, but I prefer a coupe over a fastback, and certainly a lot more than a convertible, was never into topless rides.
I just like the "boxy" look more, and thank God they are cheaper than fastbacks, right up my alley...LOL.

I like Cougars best, then fastbacks, then coupes.. Not into verts much at all. Mustangs make nice donor vehicles for Cougars...
I am headed back out to cut up a mustang fender to patch a dent in the Cougar I am workin on... [8D]

I love all early model mustangs, but the fastback is the nicest IMO. I bought a 66 coupe nicely done up and have a 65 fastback being dome right now, total restoration and it is costly!!! When the fastback is done it time to sell the modified coupe. Or should I go for all three models and get a convertible????
