I6 Help
yeah there is nothing left attached to it but the exhaust manifold. It's rusty though and the bolts are hard to reach but it doesnt seem that it is what is holding the head on there. ive tried wedging a prybar underneath but just havent been able to get it under. i dont really care what happens to the head cuz a 302's goin in so any ideas would be great. Ill just try to hit it a lot with a hammer.
Thanks
Thanks
i would double check that u got all of the bolts off and if u do i would hit the intake from the bottom up with a rubber or dead blow hammer/mallet and then just wail on it from side to side and if nothing lets go id say u for got to take somthing off
just a question u did take the bolts that r right next to the intake manifold off right not just the ones under the valve cover cause if u did forget these u need to take them off cause the intake and head r integrated or in other words one piece

I'm in the process of building a multi carb I6 and am looking for the adjustable accelerator rod that goes between the carb arm and the accelerator arm. It's a piece about 3 1/2 inches long. the attached picture is one of several variation I have seen it produced. If you have one and want to sell it, let me know
