Default 68 Pony V8 Conversion

ive seen alot of forums on the subject of moding a i6 to a v8 but have yet to find what exactly is involved in doing so. i found a 1968 coupe its in project car shape but for 500 bucks im thinking i want it. i have been building a 1971 351c 4v for over a year and its almost ready for a home and i was hopin this could be it but i need to kno what im in for suspension wise any help is appreciated

rear end, tranny, brakes and front suspension all need work or replacing

on the clevland out of production note your comment doesnt make alot of sense being that the car were talkin about is older than the engine and as far as need to kno i already kno what i need mechanicly i already plan on changing rear end tranny what i dont kno about is what suspension mods beyond heavier springs and a alignment job

i wouldn't do a v8 swap thats way too much work and money it would be cheaper to beef up an i6 or get some early 90 i-6 stuff with efi and turbo it and make that your dd and search for a original v8 car
