I am a new guy here.
I am building a 66 coup right now.
Hope you guys wont burn me 2 bad for the shell is all that will be left.
Everything else engine drive-train and suspension is after-market stuff.
A 5.0 based 347 blown stroker is in the shop.
I did keep my toploader in it for now. I rebuilt it about a year ago.

Welcome to the classic section. I see you have added what looks like a left to right sub frame connector. Is that right? You have come to the right place to talk about our old Mustangs. There is another member here (Thumpin) whose project is about where yours is.

 

I haven't changed any thing on the pan yet.
I have sub frame connectors but the are for left and right side.
I wonder if a previous owner had something done b4?

The 2 I bought for $150 for the front frame but when iI got it
I saw the body was in grate shape better than my 66!
I couldn't cut it up. I went the rod and customs rout.
I gave the car to my son as well as my 289 out of my 66.
He is playing with it now.
LIL **** has a car for nada $150 car $4500 motor for christmas.
