new sway bars

Default new sway bars

just installed a 1 inch addco sway bar in the front and a 3/4 inch in the rear. man does it stiffen the car up.

Especially if you have lots of torque. Mine reacted violently without the rear installed.

it really makes a difference in the ride. a little less smooth but the car stays flat on curves.

I wouldn’t drive mine without them.

A Warning however: Avoid jacking the car from one side as it adds undue strain on the system. I had to reinforce mine where they bolted to the frame as the bolts pulled through the metal of the frame.

it will now slide easier on wet and icy surfaces!

but its much more controllable...

A quick question of ignorance...

Obviously you can have a very loose ride, a normal loose ride, stiff ride, etc... but can you get too stiff? How would that effect your cars suspension, handing and steering, etc? I already have weld in subframe connecters, export brace, new sways, soon to be carlo bar, and the like....

Yes your suspension can be too stiff.
Too stiff up front and your suspension may be prone to understeer.
Too stiff in the back and the car may be prone to oversteer.
