Default Assembly Question

Hey guys, i currently have my whole rear suspension uninstalled and the car is waiting for new parts, but at the same time i had disassembled quarter panels, taillight panels and trunk floors. The only thing left are the frame rails. My question is, would it be wise to install the rear end and suspension without the quarter panels and and trunk floors installed? or can i install all that after the car is sitting on the wheels?

Ill Appreciate the Help.

Either way if fine. They have nothing to do with each other as far as connecting to each. If it was mine, I would get the body panels put in first, then attack the diffferential/axle, but that would just be my modus operendum.
