yea so its been like 2 years sinse my engine has been out and the compartment completly naked.....

and ive been too busy workin on my chevys.......


Well on my 65 fastback i cant remember where the coil goes.... /sigh

and im adding a MSD box....so i was wondering if you guys could help me out on where it should go.... and if you have pics ill be even more thankful!

then im adding an aftermarket wiring kit....the spade fuses.....i know the OEM fuse box was right above the kicker panel next to the dash.....at least thats where mine was....im confused on where to put the fuse box.....i dont want it behind the gas or brake pedals right..... im not used to working with so little under dash area....

yeah it does help.....at least i have a general idea now...... i kept thinking it was going to go on the firewall for some reason......

im on my cell so i couldnt see the pics posted above but i mounted the msd on my cheyv to the firewall i was wanting to see how much room is under thebattert tray tomaybe hide it underneath and get it a bit away from the engine heat. I have my coil bolted to the same hole as the dip stick that is where it was when i got the car i have also seen them bolted to the intake laying down. this took forever to type on a phone lol

 

that sounds very interesting.....i will look at my battery tray then..... maybe that could work..... I do appreciate that you typed it on your phone...so it wasnt for nothing i hope your fingers dont hurt, lol

 

lol its my own fault for being to lazy to get up and get on the computer, problem is i tried to hit one button and they are so small i ended up hitting like 3 at a time then i had to keep going back....

Anyways, I plan on getting an msd box when i get to that stage and i thought under the battery tray would be a cool place but i am not sure if their is enough room. Not saying its a great place but i really couldnt think of any other place the box would fit.
