i would paint the water pump blue and through some polished pulleys on. it will offset the pulleys real nice.

i think the block should be the only thing painted....it looks awful when people just tape off the intake hole and spray the entire thing with paint.........
how do you go about polishing the water pump then?

what? like do are you suggesting u could polish a water pump if it was painted???

the guy said he might get the eudrashine one so that would solve that polishing thing....

or you could polish the aluminum to make it look chrome-like....

The engine looks very clean. Too much chrome for my taste, but who cares what I think?

chrome or painted...It dosen't matter as long as it's clean...

nah i was seriously aking how we go about polishing aluminum to make it look chrome if it has a natural finish? doesnt it have to be sand blasted er somthin?

you could have it powdercoated in chrome...i did this on my 48 pontiac and love it ....still looks great after 2 years...eastwood has a new single stage chrome coating i've seen on some things that looks great also......just a thought.....don

.......im so jelous.......it takes a lot to make me jelous, but you pulled it off... congrats on the beautiful engine. looking forward to mine looking like that one day. Congrats again. keep us updated.

let me tell you...it took forever for me to get that......but finally i was able to.....
but once its running in the car....then ill be really happy
