I'm trying to decode a tag i found in one of the boxes that came with the project. I can't figur out everything just yet, so i was wondering if i could ask your help. The car was bought new in the netherlands, first registered here november 18th 1971.

It would be nice if i could get the last thee codes decoded. I know that i have a C4 under the car but there is no "W" on the tag.

I to am in the netherlands Although I am english, my first port of call would be getting a Marti report and as it's a 71 you maybe in luck, it does cost but as you have an unsual stang it's worth it IMO. There was a dutch based site about amsterdam assembled mustangs 1966 only approx. 240 units made, VIN starting with "AN" I would love to find one, i had links to the newer stang also try the dutch mustang and ford forum for some help.

 

In all of the decoders I have found, only some of the numbers on the tag you have are readable.
