Ok this may sound dumb..

What are the engine colors for 6cyl, 8cyl &428 8cyl.?
64-66, 67-68, 69-70, 71, 71-73.
I mean did they change the colors motor to motor ie 6cyl & 8cyl?

When I pull the eng. out of mine I will repaint it, I'm guessing its ford blue.

I have the stock plainchrome valve covers on it now. and a small chrome air cleaner until the new one comes in from ram air..
