Default pitman arm

i have a 65 mustang that ive converted to a v8 from the i6. i just received the new centerlink. problem im running into is on the i6 the centerlink attached to the pitman arm and the innner tie rod also attached to the pitman arm. can i use the existing i6 pitman arm and leave the other hole empty where the inner tie rod used to go?

Not positive, but I believe it is a different arm. Don't know about using the same one.

The draglink and the pitman arm are different between the I6 and V8 steering. The V8 pitman arm has one hole and attaches to the draglink. The draglink then attached to the inner tie rod.

Here's the V8 drag link (Center Steering Link)

Here's the I6 center link

Here's the V8 Pitman Arm
