i need to know where my starter is located so i can take it off and buy a new one and install it by today. I have to get my car running by tonight so this needs to be done very very soon! please post pics so i can take it off faster! thanks!!!!!!!!!!

It should be butted up against the tranny near the bottom of the motor. I can't say which side it's on for wure, but you should be able to see it. Best bet, follow your wires off of the solinoid down to the starter.

Passenger side on the bottom. Two bolts and the power wire and it's out. (9/16" and 1/2" IIRC)

This is from behind the pass front tire. It's up between the header and the oilpan...mounted to the transmission bellhousing.

Be sure to take it with you for 1) them to test and 2) to make sure you get one identical. Put a new cable on it (from the starter to the solenoid) while you're under there.
