Well, my twin brother and i finally decided to get the car nice and straight so we can paint her. These are just some pics of whats been going on the last few days since we've been off of school. The roof was an mess, it looked like someone had been dancing on it. We are also in the middle of doing the rear end, we got a 3.55 posi unit with some custom made moser alloy axles, that should make a huge difference over that 2.79 open diff. We are also doing the rear suspension while we're at it. Just order the perfromance 5 leaf springs from laurel mountain mustangs. Not to mention two weeks ago we did the motor compartment over with new fender aprons and fixed all the cowl rot, what a job that was. Our parents or friends havent seen us in about a month cause we are always out in the tent working on the car. We are pretty happy because yesterday when we primed it again when it was still wet and shinny using the black primer it was laser straight, all the reflections were near perfect and staraight perfectly staraight and didnt wave at you. I included a pic of the quarter reprimed after i welded on the new quarter and used some filler.

Thanks for the pics. I am bit behind you in the process and it is great to see others and their progress.
For the rear quarter where did you cut the old fender and weld in the new section? Was it at the peak or along the flat surface?

Nice to see the progress. I'm gearing up for my body/paint work. Stashing money back each month for the next 6-7 months so I will have enough to get *everything* I will need all at once and jump right in it.
I hate not being able to complete something I start, so I will be on this project from start to finish as hard as I can go.
