i am getting ready to reinstall my flywheel and i don't remember how it goes does the imbalance go with the imbalance on the harmonic balancer or on the opposite side

i'm pretty sure the holes on your flywheel will only line up in one position. Just hold it up to where its supposed to go on the engine and spin the flywheel untill untill all the holes line up. That should be ur position.

Correct, it will only mount in one position. Make certain that flat side is out.

+1... i didnt know that they only lined up one way when i replaced my 200 I6.
