Default Someone help me!!!

I have a 64.5 Mustang and i tried to register it as a classic car. They told me that because i dont have the original wheels that i cannot register it as a classic. I really do not want to buy a set of original wheels just for the stupid registration. Does anyone have any suggestions of what to do? Better yet does anyone live near Philadelphia that can throw some original wheels on take a few pics and take them back off? Someone please help.

Thanks

Is that really the law, or did you just get someone who doesn't know what they're talking about?

Where I live, to register as a classic you have to sign this paper saying you will keep the car in good, original condition. Here they aren't real strict on antique auto plates, but if someone wanted to take the letter of the law to the core, it does say 'original'....

Here is a pic of my ol' Yeller 65 Mustang that certainly looks like a 64.5, and it has the original wheels and hubcaps on it. You can use the pic if you wish, but you may have a hard time explaining the cactus in the background.

Haha. Thanks for the offer to use your pic, I dont think that would work. Its stupid PENDOT - PA laws. I have the original hubcaps, but not the wheels. I currently have american racing tourge thrust wheels on the car. Is there any way that i would be able to stick the hubcaps on the rims just for a few quick pics? Any ideas on how this would work?

duct tape... hub caps.... to rims? Just take a far off picture, and they'll never know.
