Default wiper arm cover

Hi. I took off my guage cluster, cold air intake etc. There was a cardboard cover that protected the wiring from the movement of the drivers side wiper arm movement. I ordered a new one, but cannot figure out how it mounts. There are two screw holes in the cover , but I cannot find the corrosponding screws. Any help? Thanks

I didn't know even know that it existed based on my old '65 GT which had seen many hands behind the dash and wiring. On my '65 2+2, I'm not even sure if the dash had ever been removed, everything is 100% original back there and untouched. Low and behold, that little cardboard shield is there too. I don't recall how it connects, but I can take a picture tonight if nobody chimes in before then.
