Default Cowl cleaning

We all know that the cowl panels rusting out it the BIGGEST problem with the 65 and 66 models. So, with that said and know, what is the best way to clean out leaves and junk fromt he cowl area. Our 65 sits in the driveway and has accumlated quite a bit of leaf build-up. I need to get this junk out before the cowls rust out and have to be replaced. Once cleaned out, I plan to get a cover for the grill so that it stays clean.

I used a long filler welding rod and poked most of the debris out, i also removed my heater box and manually removed big chunks you have to be limber to do this.I would reccomend using compresed air to get most of the junk out then use a highpressure water gun. I was also thining about poring por 15 into my cowl since it would flow right around the problem spot any suggestions?
