Best sounding Mustang Muffler
Myabe something from flowmaster delta flow series? Performance wise I dont think there is much difference between them and the regular two-chambers, but I do know they are a lot quieter until you get on the throttle. You could go either 40 or 50's series (50 is way quieter)

The mufflers on my 65 are so close to soundinglike my 03 Mach 1 with it's factory mufflers , that the wife doesn't know which car I am backing out of the garage if she can't see me in the car. Take a seat. You are not going to believe this. The mufflers on my 65 289 dual exhaust Mustang are Ravins. I have been preaching that phenomena for a few years now, but the advertising world has convinced Mustang owners that flowmaster and magnaflow and borla, etc., which cost much more, are better mufflers to achieve that sweet rumbling sound at speed. I just grin and keep my money in the bank, and enjoy the sweet sound of my Ravins.
Let's see if this works.
In the August issue of Mustang Monthly they compare
the sounds of 7 different mufflers, including the
Ravin. It seems to be the most aggressive sounding of
the bunch. You can also hear them all at:

then go to "Car Tech" then "How-To"
