I just got my Stang back from the shop last Friday and was finally able to drive it. She was running like a dream,had a perfect rumble to it and drove fast and strongso I thought I would drive it in to work on Monday. Then some made-up spoiled little girlin her over-sized SUV (Toyota Sequoia) turned left across three lanes of traffic right into me!! IT'S SO HORRIBLE, I can't tell you how mad I was! [:@] All of the time, the money, the blood, sweat and tears!! I just wanted to break down and cry, I'm so depressed!! I just finished a complete interior restoration and only had some minor body work and a paint job left to get her perfect. I'm praying that the insurance company doesn't total it out. I thought I'd show you some pics of how good the interior was looking and then of the damage. I guess I just need some encouragement guys, I don't mean to be certifiable about it, but it's like loosing a family member. I just put so much of my heart in her.

Ps. The claims adjust is going to inspect the car tomorrow to see if it's totaled or not. The accident blew out the tire, bent the rim and messed up all of the suspension on that side. Hopefully the frame's not tweaked. [&o]

 

I think I'd break down and cry too

 

if the insurance guy calls and tells you ists totalled, its time to buy another and swap everything over

im sorry for your loss man, makes me wanna break down and cry too

 

make sure not to settle to quick they probably try and screw you can always make you insurance pay for it if u have full coverage and they will turn around and so the other comapny for you


also your agent can be helpful id look into getting a preaccident appraisal also

wow man i almosted started to tear up myself. are you ok? looks like a pretty nasty hit. did you keep receipts of everything you did? If i had my car totalled i wouldnt mind starting all over with all the money in the bank. there are so many things i would do differently.

BTW, I think you may have thrown your back out in the wreck. Yeah, you did. I'm gonna say it's C-5 ish (base of your neck) and T-9 thru T-12 (just above the lumbar vertebrae). If they ask you to go for an MRI tell them your chiropractor knows WTF he's talking about. LOL!!

Oh, and that fender'lll buff right out, but only if you use the chicks face and that of whoever (*cough*mommy and daddy*cough*) bought her that monstrosity.
