whaaaaat?

i thought it was funny that its only a problem to have the pedel floor itself sometimes. like the rest of the time its ok - kinda awsome in a crash & burn kinda way.

oh yeah, an my uncle had an old torino with a 428 or some monster hp big block... bought it new and within like 2 months had the linkage bind twice, once taking down those big fences behind home plate at a local baseball field. he ended up putting a chain around the motor and the frame, and then decided to just sell the thing cause it kept scaring him.

why cant they make cars like that anymore?

I have the day off so I plan to rebuild the carb. I have four gaskets for the carb. The one on the top left is the one that came with the carb and it is too thin. Which of the other three should I use?

error: the one on the top left is just like the original, but thicker. The difference between the top right and the bottom left is the material. Top right is paper the the bottom left is sort of rubber.

I replaced both engine mounts and the car works great. While your underneath your car, check the vacuum line to the transmission. Mine was cut.

My next mission is either the timing chain or replacing the weatherstripping on the front and rear windows.

how do people get parts in one day and change them in one day.
if someone tells me: get a rebuild kit, you won't hear for another 3 months of me ... :-(
