I have a 64.5 Coupe, 289 4bbl, and i also have a MAC exhaust system off of a 1995 gt. Is there any way that this would bolt on to the 64.5?
I have everything except for the headers.

Would headers on this car make a big hp difference?

 

Just curious if you have the 289 D or A code engine. At any rate, yes the exhaust system will work if you have a pipe made that will go from your headers to your exhaust pipe. And, yes, headers will give you a few extra ponies because your engine will be breathing better.

 

D-Code. Do you know which types of pipes i will need to bolt on to the mid-pipe? Will the exhaust system use the same hangers as the stock exhaust?
