Default Fender Splash Guard?

Im new to Mustang restoration and last night I was working on undercoating on the inside of the fenders. I noticed there is a piece of sheetmetal directly behind the headlight area that is completly rusted to hell. There is large holes and rust chunks just falling off of it. Is this a fender splash guard? I would put a pic of it up but I cant figure out how to upload pictures off my camera[:@]! Any info on a good site to buy from? Thanks guys!

I get most of my parts from Mustangs Unlimited or mustangs Plus. being on the west coast it takes 4-5 days to get the parts from mustangs unlimited but the parts have been correct and i have had no problems at all with them.
G'luck
