Supercharger 70% complete - Picture
Just came back from the shop. The engine transformation is 70% complete. However, the last 30% with the air duct, radiator, etc. will make ahugedifference in the overall look.
If you're interested here the lastest picutre. I don't think the blue engine block is an issue since it will be 95% covered up by all the mechanics.

lookin better and better every time. the blue dizzy cap and blue rubber on the supercharger tubing will help compliment the block, i'd stil run red plug wires to help those red trimmed covers out.
have you thought of painting the paxton box black with red trim? that would pop pretty nicely

Yes, we've discussed your cosmetic suggestions. The guys don't like the red wires (black does pop better in person) but we're going to belooking at the Paxton bonnet for possible paint detail.
I am going to wait until everythingis in (by next week) and get their and the members of this site's suggestions. Details mean eveything when your buliding an engine bay for show (and, or coure, performance).
Thanks for your thoughts - I'll be posting more pictures asI head toward the finish line.

I wouldn't normally associate black wires as a "popping" detail, but I will say that now that the charger is mounted and you have some of the front accessories on, you don't notice that bright blue block half as much as the earlier pictures. Its lookin pretty good timelock.

keep in mind MSD makes excellent wires anyways.... so it kinda helps the (my) cause
i'd either use the MSD wires or some taylors

either way, thats probably about the coolest thing you can have in your engine compartment.....LOOKS SO FRIGGIN MEAN. i can just imagine the feeling of joy taking it out for the first time and just stomping on it down some cutty road with the whining sound and getting thrown back in your seat....so awesome lol....
