Default 68 Heater Resistor Needed?

Anyone know where to track down a resistor for a 68'? I found one on ebay but the guy wants $50 for it and the 67' resistors are like $15. The listing on ebay said this resistor fits: "1968 1969 1970 1971 Ford Torino and 1968 1969 1970 1971 1972 Ford Mustang models. It is in the original Ford box with the part number C8OZ 18591A"

If anyone knows where to get one for a reasonable price, I am all ears.
