I only had couple lights working on my dash so I pulled it and replace the bulbs and cleaned up the copper around the lights. Plugged it back in and only the same couple of lights worked. The guages all work correctly. Does this sound like the printed circuit board is bad or is this something that happens when the voltage regulator goes bad? Is there a way to test any of this stuff before buy new ones.
