hey guys, whcih color red would you more like to see on my 68' coupe?

 

you should post pics of these reds so we know what they look like[8D]

 

im gunna say candyapple, since thats the only red for that year

I like the pruple.. But also red has plenty of shades, luminence, and brilliance.. then add in pearls, or candys and only having those choices is kinda restrictive.

Look at paint chips at a body shop or parts store that sells paint, or find a car on a dealers lot that has the color that just jumps out to you. Then get the paint code from it.

The red on my 98 formula is awesome. It is brilliant and not too dark and not too light. If you want i can get the paint code and you can take a look at it.

What i mean is, find a color YOU LIKE and can live with.. nothing says you have to use anything..lol.. So who cares what we think about what red, which one do you like?

candyapple red was a color option in 68, might as well take a color that was an option than a random red

 

it means candyapple red was the only red offered in 68
