I dont think this is safe does anyone else?

someone must have had air shock back there if its welded solid its fine although it doesnt look pretty shocks dont support any ofthe vehicles weight

looks like sombody enlarged the shock holes that are already there. mine have a rubber grommet over them..

they cut out metal so they could weld that plat in place
