Default Flywheel Cover?

On my 1965 Mustang GT the flywheel cover is missing, leaving the flywheel exposed. I can't seem to find a new flywheel cover and all I can find is the bell housing. Is it possible to buy just the flywheel cover or do I have to buy the entire bell housing? If I can just buy the flywheel cover, can anyone tell where I can? Thanks.

No I think the one I'm talking about is rounded off. I'm just guessing what it looks like though since it was missing when I got it.

Really? I did not know that. Would it be a better idea to use steel or will aluminum hold up well enough?

Need pics! Should be readily available in catalogues, ebay, or junkyard (only need the same tranny, probably on any model car).

Try ordering it through just about any Mustang vendor. It's called an inspection plate.
