my grandpa has a 1966 fastback T-5 (SPECIAL BUILT IN GERMANY THTS NOT THE TRANY) does anybody know how much it would be worth? great condition wins a bunch of car shows
So, your grandpa brought the T5 back from Germany obviously. Here in the United States, the T5 is not not worth any more than any other 65 fastback. Sure it is unusual because it was assembled in Germany, but that was 42 years ago. Put it up for sale on Ebay for 15 K USD. If you get some hits then maybe it will be worth that much.
no, an american solider bought it when he was stationed in germany and brought it back to america
Yeah, that is what we all know already. The T-5 was shipped to Germany and American soldiers could actually buy one through the Post Exchange Service. In fact, today you can buy just about any American automobile through Afees at just about any and all posts overseas even today.
