I am selling my 289 and 8 inch rear. I have a couple guys interested but i dont know how much to ask for. It is a 2 barrel and the rear is stock with drum brakes. What is a decent price, or what would you pay if you were buying this setup.

 

Well I did a bit of research to see what I would charge with in reason, Right now on ebay there is a 289 going for $400.00 and it has a little over a day left with 15 bids so I imagine it will go up.

The rear end really ranges in price depending on condition (running and cosmetic), age, if it is original- the prices I found ranged between $20( with out gears) to $300 brand new.
