This thread was sort of inspired by the avatar that PReal has up. I pass almost an identical mustang several times a week. So here is my local Barn Bound Mustang. It has been sitting there untouched for 5 years or more that I know of. I have been seriously considering asking the homeowner about it if it is still there next year when my oldest turns 15.

 

That is remarkibly similar to how I found my car.

 

When I bought my K code it was in a barn. It wasn't really a barn find though because I found out about the car from an add that was in the paper and the old lady that owned it knew exactly what it was.

 

Why wait? They may sell it cheap and if it's gone then you'll never have known.

i like driving through old neighborhoods and just seeing if i could find an old muscle car in someones backyard or driveway or in front of the house, sometimes me and my friends go up to mckinney way norht of dallas to see if any of the junkyards got new cars in that they might sell for cheap
