Long tube are the best, shorties don't offer as much gain. You just need to make sure they will clear any steering issues. BTW Tri-Y = long tube in case you hear that term. I like the ceramic coated, but that is personal preference.

hooker super comp if your really hard on it or 350+hp, you can get custom headers $$$$, but for stock to modifiedstreet engines i would say tri-y headers are your best bet...

depends on your price range. tri-y's are your best bet but u can keep the stock look (sorta) and get hi-po k code manifolds. u can spend as stated bucks on hooker super comps or u can do as i did and just get the comps which are half the price. make sure u get ceramic so the headers dont look like poo after a couple thousand miles. also helps with heat problems on the poor starters since the headers will drop right down next to em. if u dont u do need to get a heat shield for the starter....or at least id advise it

I was at a show one time, and asked a Mazda rotary engine guy if he had headers. Sure enough, he said he did. Basically, the higher the price of the headers will give you longer and better service with more HP gain. The ceramics reduce the amount of heat in the engine compartment, and that is important on our old engine compartments where cold air induction is difficult to achieve.

A company in Canada makes a cold air system that used 4 in round hoses mounted in the radiator support. Can't remember their name but they advertize in most of the magazines. You should give them a look.
