i pullled my engine apart and it was my lifter that was defective my can is fine but my defective lifter bent my pushrod and what not but i alse have a valve no quite seating and thats under warranty i also sunno why i am in a poll

i asked ford racint what lifters and they said i could use stock or mild perf ones so i asked them bout the jegs ones i will post pics and the poll thing it showed up as a poll on my screen that i was posting but i didn't feel like going all back through so i just posted
