21,born in Detroit so I always had a natural dislike of foreign cars. Was always a Ford guy, firstvehicle was a '89 F150 I6, drove others but never had anything as comfortable and reliable as a Ford. After being in the military for a couple years I got bored and wanted to learn more about mechanics so I bought a '76 F150 4x4 and tinkered with that. Then my roommate who has a '69 Mach1 and '93 cobra got me into mustangs. I bought a '66 I6 coupe a couple months ago and started a EFI 5.0 swap, disc brake and rack and pinion conversion.
20, i've always liked classic cars esp the Ford 50's trucks (got one of those in the family), and a friend brought his 85lx to my house when i was 14. ever since that day i looked for a classic stang and six years later i got my hands on a beautiful 1967 coupe painted 2002 dodge viper blue with an I6 and being converted to a v8 this week, and being in the Marines seeing all my DI's classic chevys and dodges and there cars fueled my passion on more and more, so who knows what next i might throw down some cash for an AC shelby cobra kit in a year or so.
Fell in love with Mustangs when I was 15. I was looking through a classic Mustang book (already loving the 65/66 models) and saw a table with all the engines throughout the classic years and decided I had to have a Boss 429.
The funny thing was, they were actually available and not too expensive back then (mid-80's). Heck, my dad passed on a '65 GT350 going for the mid teens back then. [:@]
Anyway, my dad was smart enough to know that a V-8 engine isn't always the best thing for a new driver (imagine that
) so I ended up with a brand new Subaru 4WD station wagon. The "Family Truckster" as my friends named it worked fine, but it wasn't winning any style points.
Everything changed the summer after my first year of college when I got the '65 GT coupe. A few years later, my younger brother got a '66 vert anda few more years later, I got the '65 fastback.
Along the way, I've had an '85 GT vert and my wife and I had two '92 GTs (one stolen after three months) and a '98 GT. I still owe her a new Mustang after trading in her '98 on a natural gas Civic for a commuter ... yes, I deserved to be burned at the stake for that one.

im 18 now, born and raised in detroit as a foreign car hater. my family as roots with ford since the beginning and we will never turn away. my first car was a 1990 hatch 2.3 but i always loved mustangs since my dad told me about his 73 mach 1 he had but was stolen. currently have a 69 coupe with a 351C body work is almost finished and paint is just around the corner. im hoping it can be on the road this summer
well im almost 26, but i've had my II since i was 16 and when i was 16 i gutted the motor/trans/and entire interior and replaced it all. went from tan interior and a 2.8 V6 to black interior and a mean 302. also, every part i got from my car came from junk yards across the county so i have done my fair share of scouring. it pays to drive a truck for a summer or two when your young. i was crusing in a little cube van making excellent money and getting to see all kinds of places and find those out of the way little yards that still have good parts left.
i still own the II and will never sell it, one day it will go to my son - and we also bought a 06 GT last year...... i have had plenty of other cars between now and then that have come and gone, but they have all been ford/lincoln/mercury

16, my dad has always been a ford guy so when it came time for me to get a car, I decided I like the old mustangs the best so thats what I got. Its fun just make it look better or go faster. Esspecialy when you do the work yourself. I have a 67 my brother whos 18 has a 64 1/2, and my dad has a 07 so we're a mustang family.
My sisters got a 91 LX 4 banger...shes thinkin about gettin rid of so I might be addin another Pony to my Stable, would swap for a 351 W, sometin nice with some power...my winter beater is an 86 F150...last forever...Dad's lookin at an 07...would be nice...and my sister...wants...a Dakota...dont know where she gets that from...lol
was a car mechanic in Germany and always liked the sound of big engines and especially the look of the Mustangs.
As a mechanic it was unthinkable to buy one with the money I earned. So years and years down the road I moved to Ireland. And after 3 years living here I saw a Mustang on eBay ... thought ... why not getting one now .... I guess that's how it happened I have one now. I'm 35 now
