Well I actually drove the 65 today for the first time. just around the block nothing past 15-20 mph. problem im having is the car didnt seem like it wanted to shift into second gear or maybe the car was never in first. biggest problem is that the car does not set into park. when the car was in park and i was tightening my lug nuts the car would roll. i would hear a click, click, click from the transmission as it rolled. car also just fell into neutral or something when i had it in drive.

Linkage adjustment? Did you try and shift the trans (from underneath with the car OFF) by hand to see if you have the linkageandthe shifter in the car in the same position?
