I was driving along today and I passed the Chevy dealership and saw a new Cobalt that was kind of a burnt orange. I was wondering how you guys that it would look on a '65. I remember seeing a Corvette that same color and thinking that it would look pretty good on a Mustang if it had like a black or silver GT stripe on the rocker panel. What do you guys think. Heres the color.

 

thats a lot like the emberglo color that the had originally, i think that a white stripe would look better though

 

It would look good with alotta gold underneath, make it pop and shine!

i saw a II once painted in a similar color it looked pretty damn nice

 

I'm glad to see that other people think it would look good. I thoughtthat everybody would think it would look stupid, I know that my opinion is the only one that should count, but I still like to know what other people have to say.

I would go for the emberglo of the chevy colour as the chevy is too light imo, the strips not sure if it can be pulled off black or white imo either may be a very subtle ghost stipes like mojoes ghost flames would look good

 

First thing I thought of was Emberglo as well. I'd go with the original colors if I were you just because I think it's kind of cool but like you said, your opinion is the only one that counts. White stripe > Black stripe > Silver stripe.
