Try this, Offer free oil changes (except diesel of course) on opening day. Of course during the oil changes you can inpect everything else and find many ways to charge them for other repairs(wipers, filters, shocks, etc.). In the end, you will have made enough to pay for the oil changes and have a jump start on customer development.
