interior bracing

Default interior bracing

I'm getting ready to remove the inner cowl panel and maybe the dash out of my 67 coup(outer cowl has already been removed). Should I weld in some braces in the interior prior to removing these peices and if so, any suggestions on locations to weld the braces?
