Default Safe rotor size

When doing a front disc brake conversion what is a safe size for the front rotors to put in 15" wheels. With the conversion to sn95 spindles and brakes its a 11" rotor, will it fit a 15" wheel?

it should fit fine if it dont a tiny spacer will fix it most cars stock use a 11 inch front rotor and a 8 or 9 in the rear

I just wandered over to the 4.6 forum and those guys confirmed that the '99-04 rotor is 11.8" up front and that it fits fine in a 15" wheel.
