I took the plunge friday and bought a master power disk brake conversion for the front and after a 14 hour day I took the car for a very careful spin.
It was too late to buy tires, but my original 14" steel wheels fit just fine.

The tranny is slipping a lot, but it seems to get better after its warm. My proportioning valve was leaking a little so my rear brakes were non existantm, but I am so pumped to get it on the road.

The guy on the right is another mustang forum member that is also rebuilding a 65, I won the race to get it on the road.

I also used your idea for the trottle linkage. Great stuff.
