heres mine...5-leaf mid eyes in the rear and im not really sure whats up front because it was done by the po but theyre a lot stiffer than stock.

Yonco you could get some 225 60's on the rear no prob.. I would even go as far as 245 55's with no mod..

http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html Try out that site,, you can put your current tire size in and then compare it visually to another size.. This is how I figured out what I wanted on the front of my 69,, I went with 225 60 15's .. and will be putting 255 55 15's on the rear when I get my suspension and wheels, that way I dont rub the rear tires on every bump..

My 67 Vert w/17x7's (235's)in the front and 17x9.5's (275's) in the rear. I have a different set of wheels on order that will be 18x8 and 18x10's. I'm going to try to squeeeeez a 295 on the rear. It's gonna be tight but I think if I hit the backspacing just right, I shouldn't have a problem.
