OK i finally finished my stang and now im wondering about how much HP and TQ am i making

331 stoker
scat crank, rods, pistons, all the good stuff
stock heads
straight pipes
weber 4bbl DP carb 750cfm
e303 cam

That carb is way to big for that cam and stock heads(any stock heads). What manifold are you running too? And what's the CR and ignition system?

well it doesnt really matter being that i am out of money... stock to a 302.

Well, if you can find someone to trade, or when you get money, you have way too much intake and carburetor for that setup. As far as stock 302, which stock 302? Ford made a lot of different 302 heads. GT40's are ok, E6's suck etc. Depending on which head you have,that setup is prolly anywhere from 250-300hp at the wheels.

well they're head from a stock 302, that came on the 331 that i bought, the block is a 1984 block. would the heads from a 1995 explorer work for gt 40?
