Default 390 motor mounts / repair or replace ?

Hey ! I've got a set of 68 390 motor mounts , the square ones that you run one bolt through. The original part # is C8ZA-6038-A , i believe they are a matched set . My delima is one of them is missing the rubber insulator and bottom plate. I can probably buy the rubber and fabricate the plate then epoxy them together. My hope in posting this is someone has a set or a spare that they are willing to part with here on the forum, if so post your e/m or send me your phone #to clrkfork@aol.com Any help or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks , Bill

Thanks for the response , but , pardon my ignorance ... What the heck is "repoped" ? And just for the sake of conversation , i've been to several sites and only found 2 people who have them for sale. For your edification , these paticular mounts , to the best of my knowledge and according to three reliable resource books , only came on 1968 390 X codes , 390 GTs and 428 CJs that puts total production at about13,000 pairs , roughly so ....guessing that 1/2 might still exist ; my guess is they are out there attached to motors / cars and i was checking in here to see if someone knew of a spare pair or single floating around . Having typed all this in response to your post , yes there are other mounts that might work and probably be cheaper than these specific mounts , but i am very **** , admitedly , about first trying to use original parts , second trying to refurbish used parts if they are good enough and safe enough and then third using aftermarket or different parts when I have to.( whew! ) That is why i typed in the part number that iam looking for. These are$250.00 to$450.00 perpair , depending on condition, so i was hoping someone on the forum would want to trade parts or be willing to give aguy a break. i've given away gas caps , bumpers , heads and a carb to people in need and sold some things really cheap so that others who are into mustangs and old fords can get their ride going. Again thanks , for the suggestion and responding to my post. Regards , Bill

Try National Part Depot for the insulators, $74.95. The bracket is not sold anywhere I've found except as used and a whole set. You might try Perogi Enterprises in New Jersey. I don't have a web site so try Google. And Oklahoma Mustang, again Google it. 'Repop' = reproduction part.
