AC kit for 68

I see these on ebay. Is it a mistake to get? Mine doesn't have AC but if AC was an option (whenthey were sold)I'm thinking maybe there is a spot for such an add-in and buying one wouldn't be much of a change to the car? Or is installing one a bigger modification than it's worth?

who cares, it will be so awesome during the summer it wont matter if you changed your car.... 
besides, its not like your putting a big red neck cowl hood or some thuggin 22" rims.

What are the kits normally going for? This place has the cheapest I've seen that are 65/66 compatible...

I just noticed in the kit that I linked, it just has a center mount unit. Is there a way that I can (easily) add those side vents?

id pay that price for my 68 if i had ($$) and was at that stage simply because i know i would be enjoying livable air temps within my car over the summer...which will last much longer than the bad taste left in my mouth from the price.....
it hasnt been too hot yet and i was thinking "ahh...summer isnt that bad actually...i can cope with the heat in the car with rolled down windows.....HA...it was like 94 for two days last week or soemthing and wow do i have a short term memory....haha...
if its a legit copy of an original part or looks original but is internally upgraded or stronger i dont think u should really worry that much because i think the only place someone could be able to tell if you added AIR or if its original is if they got a Marti report....? right?
