this is the engine i asked about yesterday. i think im going to buy it, i already have the money. you guys think its good for the price?

Not that good of a deal, to me anyway. I know of a place you can get one for around $400 more, but with a dart sportsman block. Even this would be a better deal.

i paid 5k for my world man o war 460ci short block which was pretty much a block crank rods and pistions

Workman's comp, EPA regulations, employee benefits, marketing, shipping, Ebay fees ...

A general rule of thumb in business is that you have to charge three times an employee's wage to pay the overhead and include a profit. Obviously, this can vary greatly from business to business, but you get the idea.

The oil pan, valve covers, timing cover and manifold in the photo is not included is this sale.

I wouldn't pay that much even if it had the valve covers, etc. That is a ridiculous inflated price for what you are getting.

Yeah, you can build that engine for less than 3 grand. Sure would be fun too.
