Would the drivetrain, i.e. rear end, brakes, front suspension, from a 65-66 Mustang be of use to me on my 68?

The rear is slightly narrower but I am running a granada in my 68 and they are the same width as the 65-66. I think the spindles would swap over but I am not sure(pretty sure they won't work) about the other parts of the front suspension.I think thefront spindlesare not as strong as a 68 mustang's though. There is a suspension cross refrence section in the Mustang Plus Catalog. Do you have one? If not you should order one. If I am incorrect somebody please jump in.

No, not much is the same between the two years except the engine and maybe the tranny. In 68 the 289 was still being put in them along with either a toploader or C4. The other parts are smaller on the 65-66.
