Default New Member needs help!!

Hello everyone, I just got a 67 coupe in need of some real help. I need to replace, (deep breath in) floorpans, both shock tower/apron assembly's, fire wall, front frame rails, front torque boxes, rocker panels, cowl, passenger door skin and rear quarters. Not going to be fun, but in what order should I do them as to not risk causing the body to twist up?

Thanks!

Jesse

As much as I hate to say this Jesse, there comes a time when the life of a car is over. By your description, yours has reached that time.

I think Soaring is afraid to get in a committed relationship with a car is allIf you have the time and willpower anything is possible that is what i have learned by the way you may need a junker parts car. You will need a good mig welder and some time and money

Might want to look for another body and use your car for a donor for engine tranny and so forth

In this case, Glen is correct. The solution is to find a donor car in better shape than your current project carand then ask yourself the question - which is the better one to start on?

Ah, mine was that bad. It will be a good learning experience. Just take your time, If you don't have the time or patience then look for a better car....

I say go for it, I'd agree with the new body. The one you got would obviously be a parts car.

I would recomend finding an I-6 car with a good and relativly rust free body, and using the parts from your V-8 to make a killer car!
