Default Mild cam for 1972

I'll give you back story. My dad bought the car in 1975 locally after a bunch of **** hitting the fan he took it off the road in the mid 80's and put itin a local barn. He always told me it was a H/OI was doubtful Turns out it was a Q code Cobra Jet. Since it's never leaving the family were gonna deck it out somewhat. All the stuff you can think of it's getting. The main stuff you need to know about is the carb prolly a 650-700 edelbrock double pumper,a set of 10.5:1 edlebrock proformance heads, and of course an edelbrock intake mani. I know jack about cams, I could tell you what it does but I don't know what's best for the car. I'd like something on the mild side but still makes power from idle-5600 rpm's. Any suggestions?
